Player to the Left of the Dealer goes first followed by a clockwise rotation

You have to match either number, color, or symbol (i.e. Reverse, Draw 2 etc;) 

Multiples are allowed (i.e. Play 7 Green 7 Blue 7 Yellow at one time)

If you can't match a card you must draw one card from the deck and play or forfeit turn

On your last card you must yell "UNO" if someone calls "NO UNO" first you must Draw 2 (in case of a close call the dealer will decide) 

Each round is single elimination
